Will I get a 1099?

With OMNI, you are a customer, not our employee or independent contractor, so you do not receive a W-2 or 1099 from OMNI. You are your own boss and getting 100% of the fare. OMNI provides all drivers with a concise summary of their earnings, expenses, and mileage in late January or early February of each year.
