Safety for drivers

Work with OMNI and you'll always be safe so you can earn more.

One Person – One Account

Keep your OMNI account private. It's your account, so you're responsible. You're also more easily recognized by our passengers.

Taking the kids on a ride

When using OMNI, kids and under-18s need to be accompanied by an adult. Prepare a child seat before accepting a ride with a child

Tiredness is a red flag

Taking a ride is your responsibility so try not to drive more than 10 hours a day.  Break whenever you need to. OMNI offers the fairest conditions for drivers; don't overdo it.

Prohibited substances

We don't allow you to consume or transport alcohol (open containers) or illegal drugs.

Pets and riding

Tell the passenger if you're allergic or intolerant to pets and don't accept orders with pets to avoid any inconveniences.

We don't discriminate

Discrimination is not tolerated here. Don't be mean to your passengers.

Tips for driving safely

Before the ride

  1. When you feel tired or unwell, do not take orders behind the wheel.
  2. Check the final destination or pick-up point before accepting the order. You should skip this offer if you feel unsafe going somewhere.
  3. Take a look at the passenger's photo before starting the trip. If the information doesn't match, cancel the ride.
  4. Have you changed your mind? Your trip should be canceled and let the passenger know.

During the ride

  1. Be sure to buckle up.
  2. If you need to refuel the car, inform your passenger - it's better to check the oil beforehand.
  3. Keep your passenger safe by not smoking, eating, or drinking anything but water while in the car.
  4. The music might need to be adjusted, the temperature might need to be adjusted, or the window might need to be closed. Ensure that both of you are comfortable with the request. To contact emergency services, tap the shield icon on the main screen.
  5. To share your ride details with a friend or family member, click the same button.

After the ride

  1. Don't forget to rate your ride. Your feedback helps us improve the service and understand your experience.
  2. During the ride, avoid criticizing the passenger in order to avoid any disagreements. A one-star rating will prevent your passenger from seeing your offer requests.
  3. Do you have a forgotten item in your car? Get in touch with our support team.
