With Pet-friendly Rides, you can earn a $4 bonus for every trip you complete with a rider and their pet. It’s a simple way to boost your earnings while delivering a friendly service to pet-loving passengers.

Important Note: By law and under Omni’s policy, all drivers must accommodate passengers with service animals, regardless of whether they’ve requested a Pet-friendly Ride or if you’ve opted out of the Pet-friendly preference.

What Are Pet-friendly Rides?

Pet-friendly Rides are a ride option designed to match you with riders traveling with their pets. When you complete a Pet-friendly Ride, the $4 bonus is added to your earnings alongside the standard flag-down fee.

This feature is currently only available in the U.S.

How to Manage Your Pet-friendly Preference

You’re automatically opted into Pet-friendly Rides, but you can adjust your preference at any time directly in the Omni Driver app.

Here’s how:

1. Open the Omni Driver app and select "Settings" from the menu.
2. Navigate to the “Services” section.
3. Tap “Pet-friendly.”
4. Use the toggle switch to opt in or out of Pet-friendly Rides.

Service Animal Accommodation

Keep in mind that passengers with service animals are always entitled to a ride, as required by law and Omni’s policy. This applies even if they haven’t booked a Pet-friendly Ride or you’ve chosen to opt out of the Pet-friendly preference.
