If you're receiving an error indicating that you need to enable camera access, don’t worry! Follow the steps below based on your device type to resolve the issue.
Important Note
- Laptop and Desktop devices will not work for this process. Please use a mobile device to complete identity verification.
Enabling Camera Permissions for iOS (Apple)
For Safari:
- Open Settings on your iOS device.
- Scroll down and select the Safari tab.
- Check the following settings:
- Ensure your Camera is set to Allow.
- Turn off the Request Desktop Site option.
- Ensure you are not in private mode.
For Chrome on iOS:
- Open Settings on your iOS device.
- Scroll down and select Chrome.
- Tap the slider next to Camera to enable it.
After enabling camera permissions, tap the link again to restart the process. Your camera should now function correctly.
Enabling Camera Permissions for Android
When using an Android device, you’ll be prompted to enable your camera during the process.
- Select Allow when prompted to enable camera access.
If the camera doesn’t start, check your browser or app settings to ensure the camera permission is enabled.
