Don't share your OMNI account. If you use your account, you're responsible. Also, it helps our drivers recognize you.

Taking the kids on a ride

It's always a good idea to have an adult with children and under 18. You'll need a child seat if you're traveling with a kid.

Discrimination

Any kind of discrimination isn't tolerated here. Give your driver some respect and dignity.

Respect for everyone

Don't be rude to your driver, their car, or their privacy. Thank your driver and ask if they can help you with your luggage. It makes your mutual experience so much better.

Taking pets along

Don't forget to let the driver know if you're bringing a pet. Bring a carrier or blanket over the car seat to reduce mess.

Prohibited Substances

While using our service, please don't drink or transport alcohol (in open containers) or illegal drugs.

Passengers' safety tips

Before the ride 

1. Ensure that the license plate, car model, and driver photo are correct before starting a trip
2. If the information doesn't match, cancel the ride.
3. When booking, tell us the entrance number or precise pick-up location, and double-check the destination address. Please mention in the comments section if you have more than four passengers, bulky luggage, or a pet.
4. Did you change your mind? Don't forget to cancel your trip and inform the driver.

During the ride

1. Make sure you buckle up.
2. If you wish to change your destination or add stops, please inform your driver. It is likely that your fare will change as a result
3. Don't smoke, eat, or drink anything but water in your driver's vehicle. Ask the driver to change the music, adjust the temperature, or close the window if you wish. Make sure both of you are happy with the request you make.
4. You can contact emergency services by tapping the shield icon on the main screen.
5. Share your ride details with a friend or family member using the same button.

After the ride 

1. Don't forget to rate your ride. We use your feedback to improve the service and better understand your experience. Avoid criticizing the driver during the ride to avoid any disagreements. You won't be able to see your ride requests in your driver's feed if you give them one star.
