Setting up a Stripe Express Account through your Omni Driver app is quick and easy—taking just about 2 minutes! This feature allows you to receive your earnings faster and provides a streamlined payment process. Here's everything you need to know:

How It Works

By setting up a Stripe Express Account, you can get your trip payouts deposited directly into your bank account within 30 minutes of completing a trip. This service is completely free—there are no additional fees for using Stripe Express.

Without a Stripe Express Account:

• Your earnings will remain in your Driver app wallet.
• Funds will not be transferred to your bank account or debit card automatically.
• Regular payouts may take up to 48 hours.

With a Stripe Express Account:

• Trip payouts are instantly deposited into your Stripe Express Account.
• Funds are transferred to your bank account within 30 minutes of a trip.

Important Notes:

• Initial Payout Delay: The first Stripe payout may take up to 7 business days to process, regardless of your payment terms. All subsequent Instant Payouts will be processed within 30 minutes.
• Bank Compatibility: While most major banks support Instant Payouts, some banks or debit cards may not be compatible. Check here to confirm if your bank supports this feature.
• Office Requirement: Offices are not required to use the “Pay Now” feature.

How to Set Up Your Stripe Express Account

Follow these steps to enable Instant Payouts in your Omni Driver app:

1. Open the Omni Driver App

   • Navigate to the wallet section and click on "Set up Instant Payouts."

2. Follow the On-Screen Prompts

   • A new window will open to guide you through the setup. If the window doesn’t open, disable any ad blockers temporarily.

3. Select Payment Option

   • Toggle to "Debit Card" and fill in the required debit card details for Instant Payouts.
   • Important: Do not fill out the "Bank Info" section if you want Instant Payouts. Only the "Debit Card" option enables this feature.

4. Provide Necessary Information

   • Have your debit card linked to your bank account ready. You'll need this to set up the payouts.

5. Finalize Your Setup

   • Complete the form and create your Stripe Express Account.

Accessing Your Stripe Express Account

Once your account is set up, you can always manage it directly through your Omni Driver app. Here's how:

• Open the wallet section in the app.
• Click "Payouts via Stripe" to view or manage your account.
