At OMNI, we believe drivers should keep what they earn. That’s why our platform is designed to give you full control over your income — no hidden fees, no unfair cuts.

Here’s how earnings work with OMNI:

✅ 100% of the Fare is Yours

When you complete a ride using the OMNI Driver app:

• You receive 100% of the fare, minus the Stripe processing fee.

• OMNI does not take any commission from your trip earnings.

? Driver Benefits Fee — Extra Earnings on Every Trip

Every passenger trip includes a Driver Benefits Fee, which goes directly to you.

• 10% Driver Benefits fee is added to most service types.

• 15% Driver Benefits fee applies to EV and Black (Premium) services.

This extra amount helps cover your time, fuel, maintenance, and vehicle-related costs — and OMNI does not keep any portion of this fee.

? Bonus & Tips from Riders

• Passengers can add a bonus when requesting a ride — to encourage faster acceptance.

• Riders can also tip you during or before the end of the trip.

While tipping has declined on other platforms due to high prices, OMNI offers riders fair fares, which makes tipping more likely and appreciated.

? How to Be Ready to Earn

Depending on your current app access status, here’s how to ensure you're ready to start driving and receiving payments:

✅ If you already have access to the Driver App:

1. Go online and stay active to receive ride requests.

2. Make sure your Stripe account is connected in the app — this allows you to receive direct payouts to your bank.

3. Share the OMNI Rider app with riders who use other platforms — every ride counts.

? If you're still waiting for access:

1. Complete your background check as required.

2. Upload all necessary documents inside the Driver App.

3. Link your Stripe account to get paid.

4. Begin sharing OMNI Rider with friends, family, and past passengers.

? OMNI Driver Levels Program

Our Driver Levels program rewards active and reliable drivers with additional free ride credits each month — helping you save even more.

Eligibility is based on:

• Days active: Being online in the app for at least 5 hours.

• Completed rides: Number of successful trips during the evaluation period.

• Cancellation rate: Percentage of canceled rides.

• Driver rating: Your average rating from passengers.

As your level increases, you gain access to more flexibility and rewards — automatically.
