2. Getting Started with OMNI

2.1. Download & Sign Up

Available on iOS and Android
Create an account using:
- Email address
- Phone number
- Password
- Optional: Referral code for discounts

2.2. Verifying Account

Phone number verification via SMS
Set up profile with a profile picture and name

3. Booking a Ride

3.1. Enter Pickup & Destination

Auto-detect location via GPS or manually enter it
Set drop-off location
Choose ride options (Comfort, Premium, etc.)

3.2. Confirming the Ride

Estimated fare displayed
Driver details, including name, rating, and vehicle info
Real-time tracking available

3.3. Ride Experience

4. Adding a Payment Method

4.1. Navigating to Payment Settings

Open the OMNI Ride-hailing app
Tap on Profile (top-right corner or menu)
Select Payment Methods

Click Add Payment Method
Enter credit/debit card details:
- Cardholder’s Name
- Card Number
- Expiry Date
- CVV
Save the card

4.3. Linking a Digital Wallet

Choose Apple Pay (iOS) or Google Pay (Android)
Follow device authentication steps

4.4. Setting a Default Payment Method

Select your preferred payment method for future rides

5. Managing Payment Methods

Updating Card Details: Edit or replace expired cards
Removing a Card: Select and delete an existing payment method
