OMNI is a software platform offered by WEGO TECHNOLOGIES LLC, designed to connect independent drivers and riders through an intuitive mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

By accessing the OMNI platform, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

We collect information necessary to facilitate access to our software tools and support independent interactions between drivers and riders.

OMNI does not dispatch rides, employ drivers, or control the transportation experience. All services are independently initiated by users through the platform.

We do not sell your personal data. Limited information may be shared with third-party providers to support the platform's core functionality, such as:

  • Payment processors (e.g., Stripe)
  • Fraud prevention and security vendors
  • Cloud hosting and analytics tools
